Operations
Our business activities
in detail
VALORYNE operates a structured e-commerce business across the European Union. Below is a transparent overview of our core commercial activities, conducted in full compliance with applicable Polish and EU law.
01
E-Commerce Store Management
VALORYNE manages online retail operations through established digital sales channels. This includes the setup, operation, and optimisation of online stores presenting products to consumers across EU member states. Each store operates with clear product descriptions, transparent pricing inclusive of applicable VAT, and terms of sale compliant with EU consumer protection law.
Our store management activities cover product catalogue management, pricing strategy, inventory coordination, and the ongoing optimisation of conversion and customer experience metrics. We operate in compliance with the EU E-Commerce Directive, the Digital Services Act (DSA), and applicable national consumer protection legislation.
02
Product Sourcing & Supplier Management
The company identifies, evaluates, and procures products from verified suppliers. Supplier selection is based on product quality, regulatory compliance, pricing competitiveness, and reliability of supply. VALORYNE applies structured due diligence to ensure that products meet applicable EU standards, including CE marking requirements where applicable, EU product safety regulations, and labelling requirements under relevant EU directives.
All supplier relationships are governed by formal commercial agreements. The company does not manufacture products and operates as a commercial intermediary, purchasing products for resale through its digital channels. Supplier compliance checks are conducted on an ongoing basis.
03
Order Management & Customer Service
VALORYNE manages the complete order processing workflow from purchase confirmation through to delivery and after-sales support. This includes order receipt and confirmation, payment processing coordination with authorised payment service providers, dispatch coordination with logistics partners, and delivery tracking communication with customers.
Customer service operations handle enquiries, complaints, return requests, and refund processing in accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, including the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
04
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
VALORYNE operates performance-based digital marketing activities to support product sales across EU markets. Marketing channels include paid search advertising, social media advertising, search engine optimisation, and email marketing to opted-in subscribers.
All marketing communications are accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable regulations — including the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, the ePrivacy Directive regarding electronic marketing consent, and GDPR requirements. Marketing claims are substantiated and do not mislead consumers.
05
Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination
Order fulfilment is managed in coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. VALORYNE oversees the fulfilment process including warehousing, pick-and-pack, outbound shipping, and returns logistics. Logistics partners are selected based on service reliability, EU-wide coverage, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are communicated clearly to consumers at the point of sale, prior to the binding of the purchase contract, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Returns are processed in accordance with statutory requirements, with refunds issued within legally required timeframes.
06
Payment Processing & Financial Operations
VALORYNE processes customer payments exclusively through authorised, regulated payment service providers operating under EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) frameworks. The company maintains dedicated business banking facilities and operates strict separation between business and personal finances.
All financial operations comply with Polish tax law, EU VAT regulations for cross-border e-commerce including the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme where applicable, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Financial records are maintained in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act.
07
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
VALORYNE maintains a comprehensive compliance framework covering all aspects of its operations. This includes GDPR compliance with documented data processing procedures and a published Privacy Policy; VAT registration and compliance under Polish law and EU VAT rules; and consumer rights compliance including returns, refunds, and product information obligations.
The company engages qualified external legal and accounting advisors to support compliance obligations. All legal documents — including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and the Polish Regulamin — are publicly available on our website.
