1. Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Return Right

If you are a consumer (an individual purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes), you have the right to withdraw from any distance purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

This right is guaranteed under Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To withdraw, notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing: contact@valoryne.com — clearly stating your name, order number, and intention to withdraw. You may also use the model withdrawal form below (not mandatory — any clear statement is sufficient).

2. Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 calendar days. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is faulty.

Products must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

3. Refund Process

We will issue your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but we may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds include the original purchase price and standard delivery costs. We refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specific specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery
• Goods which have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium where performance has begun with your consent

5. Statutory Warranty — Rękojmia (Polish Law)

In addition to your withdrawal right, you benefit from the statutory warranty (rękojmia) under Articles 556–576 of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny), as amended by the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Under the statutory warranty:

• Products must conform to the contract — be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
• You may claim for defects discovered within 2 years of delivery
• For defects discovered within the first 12 months, it is presumed the defect existed at the time of delivery
• Your remedies include: repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from contract

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@valoryne.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We will respond within 14 calendar days.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Business Purchases

The consumer protections in this policy apply to individuals purchasing for personal use. Business purchasers are not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right. Statutory warranty rights for business purchasers are governed by the Polish Civil Code.
