1. Delivery Areas
VALORYNE operates e-commerce delivery across the European Union. Specific countries served and any restrictions will be communicated at the checkout stage of the relevant brand store.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Costs vary by destination, product weight, and chosen shipping method. We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive requirement to disclose all costs before the consumer is bound by the contract.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.
5. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the delivery address you specified. Title to goods passes upon full payment.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will leave a notification and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@valoryne.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
8. Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights regarding delivery are protected under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Polish Consumer Rights Act. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to set an additional reasonable deadline and, if delivery still does not occur, to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
